    I love that wreath! and thanks for sharing the paleo stuff. i need to do more research, but it looks like i'm gonna give that a try.

      Thanks for stopping by Laurie! I've only started doing Paleo a few weeks ago, but I've noticed a HUGE difference already. I have fibromyalgia, so eating right and exercise are crucial in order for me to manage my symptoms. I highly recommend it!
