"You Don't Have to Take On Someone Else's Problems"

Really, Mr. Robertson? Really? Did this actually come out of your mouth? How dare you sit before a televised audience, claiming to be an ambassador of Christ, and speak these callous and cruel words.

Friends, I am giving myself a few days to "cool-off" so to speak before I address this issue.

This. Has. To. Stop.

This health, wealth, and prosperity gospel that is being proclaimed by popular "Christian" leaders has to stop.
It is from the pits of hell.
And I cannot sit on the sidelines and watch the people of God being lead astray.

    1. Ruth, I plan to write an open letter in response to Pat Robertson's words. My heart is heavy and I am overwhelmed with emotion at the moment. So I am giving myself a few days to write an intellectual response that is not fueled by anger.

But let's just say that I am fuming right now...

  4. Wow! It's obvious he is simply just too senile to be speaking period. What ignorance. It might make him feel justified to speak of the "help" they give orphans but it's obvious he has no clue of what it is to love the fatherless. If he read about and truly understood the Father's love for the orphan I would hope he would be completely appalled at his words. This man really needs to get off TV.

  5. My husband and I adopted 2 children from Russia who were 4 and 7 at the time. They are now 10 and 13. My prayer is that every orphan would have a chance to be adopted into a Christian home to learn about love and God. As Christian it is our responsibility to take care of orphans. I pray that this lady will find a great husband who will love her and her children like Christ loves us.
